Return Eligibility — Defective Products Only

Warpix offers returns and refunds exclusively for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • “I don’t like it” / buyer’s remorse
  • Choosing the wrong model/color
  • Change of mind
  • Misunderstanding of product features
  • Delayed shipping caused by the carrier
  • Any non-defective product issues

All sales are considered final unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or materially not as described.

Return Window

You must report any defective, damaged, or incorrect item within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Only defective-item returns submitted within this 30-day window will be accepted.

Requirements for a Defective Return

To be eligible for a defective-item return:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received (no signs of misuse or unauthorized modification).
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the defect must be provided.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because Warpix only accepts returns for defective products, the following categories are strictly non-returnable:

Exchanges

Warpix only processes exchanges for defective products.
If an exchange is approved:

  • You will return the defective item following our instructions
  • We will send a replacement once the defective item is received and inspected

If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer laws, which allows you to return an item for any reason.

However, this right does not apply to items that are:

  • Used
  • Damaged
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Excluded under EU law for hygiene, customization, or safety reasons

If applicable, EU customers must return the item in unused condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable except where legally required
