Warpix is a trading name of Warpify Limited. This Shipping Policy explains how Warpix handles order processing, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and international shipping.

Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders over $200.

For orders under $200, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Our standard shipping estimates are as follows:

  • Transit Time: 1 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 4 to 12 business days (including handling time)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We ship to all countries worldwide. Shipping times for international orders may vary based on your location and customs processing.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Warpix is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How to Check the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@warpix.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
